Why am I being charged for delivery whenstandard delivery is free?
Free standard delivery is available only within Maharashtra. Orders outside Maharashtra will have additional shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.
I haven’t received my order confirmation ordispatch email. What should I do?

Do you have a local store where I can pick up myorder?
No, we are an online-only brand, and all products are delivered directly to your doorstep.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Only manufacturing defects related to zippers, chains, or wheels qualify for replacement.
